PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a hunting phenomenon to the generation of disturbance, etc. and enable safety operation by mounting a speed detector directly coupling with a shaft of a DC motor driving a winder or a rewinder. CONSTITUTION:A speed detector 28 is installed being directly coupled with a shaft of a DC motor 14 while a v/N converter 29 is mounted between a speed controller 16 and a line speed setter 17. Speed reference signals set at the line speed setter 17 are converted into the shaft revolution number reference by means of the v/N converter 29, and inputted to the speed controller 16 together with the output of the speed detector 28, and the speed controller 16 controls a variable power source 15, and operates the DC motor 14. Thus, even when disturbance is generated at the DC motor 14 and a change is produced in armature currents Ia, the change is controlled without causing a hunting phenomenon, and operation can be continued. |
