USE:Hypotensor, analgesic antiulcer agent, antiphlogistic agent, diuretic, immune regulator, antiasthmatic agent, antiallergic agent, antithrombic agent, cerabral circulation improving agent, etc., having low toxicity. PROCESS:The compound of formula I is prepared by removing the protection group (e.g. by hydrolysis, oxidative removal of the protection group, etc.) of the compound of formula II (R<3> is protection group such as 1-3C alkyl, 1-3C alkoxymethyl, 2-4C alkanoyl, etc.), and if necessary, oxidizing the product. |
