PURPOSE:To obtain laser light having highly stable wavelength for the variation in the temperature by setting face to face a reflector having small wavelength selectivity and a reflector for holding a constant center wavelength selectivity with deflection corresponding to the temperature at both sides of a laser activator. CONSTITUTION:The first reflector 2 formed of irregular interval Bragg's reflector is confronted with one end face of a laser activator. The reflector 2 has sufficiently small selectivity of the wavelength with irregular interval lattice 2a and constant reflectivity in necessary wavelength band to form one resonator in the device. The second reflector 3 is confronted with the reflector 2 at both sides of the activator 1. The reflector 3 has a collimater lens 4, a prism 5, and a coaxial annular Bragg's reflector 6. The prism 5 alters the polarizing angle according to the temperature in propagation of the light, and the Bragg's reflector 6 has characteristic (reflecting characteristics) for inclining the propagation constant of the light wave with respect to the polarizing angle theta. |
