PURPOSE:To obtain a copy which exhibits stable fixing despite the use of a high- speed copying apparatus, is improved of offset, has no scratches by a heat roll and is easy to peel from the roll by using the toner contg. a specific amount of foaming agent and fixing the same with the heat roll. CONSTITUTION:Foaming agent which evolves gases such as CO2, N2 or the like, i.e. a mixture of NaNO2 and NH4Cl, and compounds such as (NH4)HCO3.(NH4) (NH2)CO2, and has been finely ground to <=10mu average sizes is contained with 5- 20pts.wt. to 100pts.wt. a toner, and besides, necessary materials such as coloring agent, magnetic powder, chlorinated paraffin and the like are added and after the mixture is thoroughly kneaded and ground, it is sieved, whereby the toner is produced. The resultant toner has stable triboelectric characteristics, is difficult to lump during preservation, has no offset characteristic at around 175 deg.C fixing temp., and causes no wrapping of copying paper on rolls, thus the fixing suited for high- speed copying apparatus is accomplished. |
