PURPOSE:To reduce a switching loss at high switching frequency by forming the circuit with provision of damper diodes and resonant capacitors at both ends of respective switching elements connected in series. CONSTITUTION:The series circuit of two switching elements 3 and 4 is connected in parallel to DC power sources 1 and 2 connected in series and further the damper diodes 11 and 12 and the resonant capacitors 13 and 14 are connected in parallel to each of switching elements 3 and 4. And, through the intermediary of the power- transmitting transformer 5, to the secondary winding thereof are connected rectifying circuits 7 and 8, a choke coil 6 and a capacitor 9, whereby an output is obtained. Accordingly, the sharp change in the both-end voltage of the switching elements 3 and 4 is controlled by the capcitors 13 and 14, thereby overlapping of current can be reduced, and thus the switching loss can be kept at a very low level even when the frequency becomes high. |
