PURPOSE:To save consumed power sharply without loss of performance by constituting a tacho-generator so as to detect the rotational speed of the output shaft of a motor and further providing a control circuit controlling an element according to the signal of the generator. CONSTITUTION:A lever 17 for operating a clutch is supported by a rotary shaft 18 and the tacho-generator 19 with its rotor side being connected directly to the output shaft 5 of the motor and with its stator side being fitted to a frame 1 is provided. The motor fitted with a fly wheel 6 rotates constantly and, by fixing a clutch plate 8 to the output shaft 10 of the clutch and operating the lever 17, it moves between the fly wheel 6 and a brake friction material 9 in the axial direction through the intermediary of a pin 17, a cylindrical bearing 13 and the main bearings 11 and 12, thereby performing transmission of the torque of the motor to the outside and braking operation. And, the generated voltage of the generator 19 is detected by the control circuit 21 and according to a signal thereform SCR20 is controlled. By this constitution, the consumed power can be saved sharply with a simple structure. |
