Combined pressure and flow limiting valve - feeds double acting pneumatic cylinder via needle valve and screw adjuster

The pressure and flow limiting valve on a double acting cylinder has an entry port (32) connected to an exit port (31) which connects to one side of the cylinder. A second entry port (21) from the cylinder connects through an internal channel and a one way valve to the first discharge port and through a second non-return valve to an exhaust port (30). A needle valve (27) controls flow of gas through a by-pass channel. The pressure is controlled by a screw adjuster (36) on the first non-return valve.
