PURPOSE:To erase the transient information and reproduce only the fixed form, by reading a picture with a buried pattern through a raster scan system and outputting only the picture element of an object to be processed having an arrangement pattern decided in compliance with the buried pattern through a gate. CONSTITUTION:The character F, i.e., a transient information is written into the form of a striped pattern E that is formed by securing a correspondence between a clock and a picture element with the width of the longitudinal line defined a picture element and three picture elements set to the space respectively. In such case, the binary (white and black) one-dimensional time-series signal 7A that is read in by an input device and a raster scan system is put into the processor 2A. Then an output of the gate 14 is blocked for the consecutive ''1'' input signals of 4 bits or more via the 4-bit shift register 10 which is shifted by a bit with every input of the clock signal 5, the NAND gate 13 and the FF14 each. At the same time, the consecutive ''1'' input signals of 3 bits or less are applied to an output device in the form of the output 8A. In such way, the character F (transient information) is erased to reproduce only the fixed form E having a striped pattern. |
