<p>PURPOSE:To easily obtain a composite molding composed of three layers by a method wherein an intermediate material layer, a substrate layer and a superficial material layer are sequentially laminated to form a molding by means of two split metallic molds. CONSTITUTION:First of all, on the 1st metallic mold 5, an intermediate material layer 2 having a rear face applied with a bonding agent 9 is formed in vacuum and it is retained as it is. Next thereto, after the 2nd metallic mold 6 is clamped, a heat foamy resin beads material is poured and filled into a metallic mold cavity and vapor or a hot wind is induced from a jet port 63 and then, a substrate layer 1 of a resin beads foamy molding is formed at the rear face of the intermediate material layer 2 to be made into one body and it is retained at the side of the 2nd metallic mold 6. Furthermore, on the 1st metallic mold 5 for which a mold is opened, a superficial material layer 3 having a rear face applied with a bonding agent 10 is formed in vacuum and it is retained as it is, and this superficial material layer 3 and the above-mentioned 2nd metallic mold 6 side are again clamped through a mold to obtain a composite molding A.</p> |
