PURPOSE:To remove and recover unhardened resin continuously and stably by allowing a revolving soft roll to contact a resin plate under pressure thereby transferring the unhardened resin and further scraping this with a doctor and recovering the same. CONSTITUTION:A soft roll 9 is disposed on the side of the photosensitive resin liquid 2 laminated to a base film 3 and a hard roll 8 is disposed on the opposite side of the base film 3. It is necessary to grasp the base film 3 with both rolls 8, 9, under constant pressure and the outside circumferential surface of the soft roll 9 is deformed by this grasping, then part thereof is inserted into the recess made between the hardened resins 2a so that the hardened resins 2b are stuck on the outside circumferential surface thereof and are thereby removed. The combination of this hard and soft rolls 8, 9 may be as well one, but the parallel provision of the multiple rolls makes possible the recovery with better efficiency. A heavy roll made of metal is preferable for the hard roll 8, and a soft roll of natural rubber or synthetic resin is preferable for the soft roll 9. |
