PURPOSE:To remove noise and obtain a video signal with good quality, by providing two data processing systems corresponding to both the even tap and the odd tap, respectively, of an analog delay line for generating a pseudo-ghost signal. CONSTITUTION:A video signal is input in common to plural taps, respectively, of an analog delay line B, also the weighting voltage is applied by the weighting device 40, a pseudo-ghost signal which is in phase with the ghost signal and has the opposite polarity is generated, it is superposed on the input video signal, and a ghost is removed. The data processing system of memory circuits 27, 28, a shift register circuit 22, etc. of the ghost information generation part in said equipment is provided by dividing it into that which corresponds to an even tap of the delay line B, and that which corresponds to an odd tap, so that they can be switched at every 1 horizontal period. In this way, it is possible to make a video signal good in quality by heightening the frequency component of a noise so that it is removed by the low-pass filter 13. |
