The carrying handle consists of a profiled rail with two inserted and secured side members. On insertion of the side members onto the appts. the latching sides lock into its holding strips. The side member (3) consists of a hollow body, extending from the profiled rail downwards. The body is narrow and forms a triangular extension whose latching side is open, but otherwise completely enclosed. Inside the body is a spring-loaded, narrow rectangular slider (6), on which is clamped a spreading member in a slidable manner. Both the slider and this member can be locked in their upper clamping position by a latching button (5) in the side member. This button can be also used for removing the carrying handle. Pref. the button is provided on the inner side (10) of the side member underneath the profiled rail. The slider of plastics or metal may have two lateral recesses (11) on the outer edge.
