PURPOSE:To obtain the titled parts having a nonyellowing tough coat by a method wherein on a mold surface applied with a nonyellowing urethane resin liquid, a powder type resin is applied electrostatically to be heated and melted and a continuous film is formed and further, a foamy resin liquid is injected thereinto. CONSTITUTION:On a surface of a mold of female and male molds 1, 8, for example on the surface of the female mold 1, first, a nonyellowing urethane resin liquid 2 is applied, for example, in a thickness of 10-40mu. Next, on a cured - gelatinized resin layer 3 of the resin liquid 2, preferably, a heat plastic resin in powder type 4 such as an urethane resin is applied electrostatically with a 5-300mu thickness to form a powder resin layer 5 of uniform thickness. Next thereto, it is passed through a heating furnace to melt the resin layer 5 and a continuous coat 6 is formed on the female mold 1 surface and thereafter, the male mold 8 is faced to it. And thereafter, a foamy resin liquid 9 such as a urethane resin liquid is injected into a gap between both molds 1 and 8, thus, a molding is formed by making it foam. EFFECT:An applying amount of an expensive nonyellowing resin liquid is reduced and a superficial film having an excellent flexibility and appearance is obtained with small machining man hours. |
