The adaptor is for the retention of a drawing implement, esp. an indian ink pen. It has a plug journal for insertion into a compass leg, and a retainer section, with a passage for the implement. An intermediate connection section encloses an angle of more or less than 90 deg., with the opening plane. The retainer (14) and connection section (13) are fastened to each other, and the journal is accommodated in a bore of the connection section, in a friction fit, so as to be turnable about its longitudinal direction. The smallest distance (A) between the axis of the passage and the bore of the connection section, is ca. 4-12 mm. The axis and bore are in a common plane, and enclose an angle of ca. 10-20 deg.
|
