<p>PURPOSE:To prevent complicated places of junction parts of piping structure to be constructed from corrosion by a simple and sure operation for a long time by a method wherein an isobutylene-isoprene rubber sealing compound which is made low viscous by heating is forcibly attached to a metallic surface. CONSTITUTION:An isobutylene-isoprene rubber sealing compound (for example: isobutylene-isoprene rubber is made a main body and polyisobutylene rubber, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer are mixed thereto) is injected into complicated places fo junction parts of structure using iron and piping structure to be constructed by using a hand type heating extrusion gun set at a temperature of 120-180 deg.C and it is fixed by pressure with a protective material to be closely attached perfectly and an insulating coating layer is formed to prevent it from corrosion. Further, if 0.05- 5wt% of tannin is mixed with the sealing compound, it is favorable becauses a uniform anticorrosion oxide film layer of ferric tennic acid is formed, and further, it is also favorable to mix 0.01-1wt% of antibiotic medicine.</p> |
