In case when a person to whom a personal telephone number is given has gone to the place of a telephone set 3 from the place of the telephone set 2, he dials the telephone number for registering an absence transfer and the personal telephone number by means of outgoing from the telephone set 3. The control device 7 receives from the outgoing register trunk 5 through the network 4, is informed of the telephone number of the outgoing telephone set 3, and register both the personal telephone number and the number of the telephone set 3 to the memory device 8.
