PURPOSE:To facilitate circuit design and to improve precision by applying a prescribed potential to the anode of PUT, by connecting a time constant circuit to the gate, and by obtaining an output from the cathode. CONSTITUTION:When detection signal SG1 is supplied, the anode of PUT is held at a level obtained by voltage-dividing SG1 via resistances R11 and R12 and the gate of PUT is at a voltage obtained by differentiating SG1 via capacitor Ct1 and resistance Rt1. If the gate potential of PUT drops below the anode potential a certain time later, PUT turns on to flow a current to the cathode and voltage Vk is developed across resistance R13 to obtain control voltage SG2. |
