<p>PURPOSE:To provide the titled laminated sheet excellent in soldering heat resistance by a method wherein an adhesive film is placed on lamination base materials consisting of paper impregnated with thermosetting resin, glass fiber or the like and the whole body is heated and compressed through a release film. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of the lamination base materials consisting of paper impregnated with thermosetting resin, glass fiber, natural fiber or synthetic fiber are laminated, and the adhesive film (e.g., a nitrile rubber film, etc.) is placed on the laminated body. The whole body is heated and compressed through the release film consisting of a methlpentene polymer film (e.g., a film of a copolymer of 4- ethylpenten-1 with polyethylene of the like; 40-100mu in thickness), thereby obtaining the objective laminated sheet. The release and adhesive films are preferably used as a laminated of the release film and the adhesive film prepared by uniformly coating a solution of the adhesive on the release film and drying the solution.</p> |
