<p>The mounting secures a pipe in a hole through a wall, being particularly for the connection to a house of a district-heating system. The pipe is passed through a tube sealed in the wall, and secured to the wall on the inside. A noise-insulating washer (18) is fitted between the pipe (3) and the wall (4), and can be screwed to inner (14) and outer (11) flanges on pipe and wall respectively. It can be held taut between them, having sets of drillings on inner and outer pitch circles. It can be of fibre-reinforced high- polymer plastics.</p> |
