PURPOSE:To enable uniform pressing force over a wide temperature range of glass melt-sticking, by pressing the magnetic core to the fixed wall of supporting frame formed in L-shaped by means of a lever method due to gravity through the use of a depression section 20. CONSTITUTION:On a bottom plate 12 of a supporting frame 10 formed in L shape, a pair of magnetic cores 1, glass rod 2 and retaining tool 30 are incorporated and the horizontal pressure is exerted on a magnetic core 1 with a depression section 20, and the depression section 20 consists of a stem 21, support rod 22, rotating member 23 and weight 24, and the rotating member 23 is made turnable around the supporting rod 22 and it is fed in a furnace for glass metting with the lever pressing due to gravity to bond the magnetic cores 1. Although the pressing tool 40 and the bottom plate 12 are increased in friction coefficient at high temperatures, since they are in point-to-point contact, the loss of horizontal pressing force is very less and uniform weight can be exerted on the core of the magnetic head at a wide temperature range of molten glass. |
