1. Process for obtaining a stabilized hydrolysate of animal proteins, characterized in that it comprises : a) intimately mixing, with vigorous stirring, a certain amount of hydrolysate of animal proteins with a liquid product based on milk by gradually adding the hydrolysate to the stirred liquid while maintaining the temperature in the range of 5 to 20 degrees C and b) drying the resulting mixture in such a way that the temperature of the mixture does not exceed 65 degrees C, the amount of product based on milk which is to be employed representing at least 50% of the total composition of the stabilized hydrolysate. |
