摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To detect partial ignition and effectively run an adsorption tank and prevent its explosion by measuring the change in the concn. of the specific gas in the exhaust gas emitting from the adsorption tank in recovering solvents including ketones from the exhaust gas by means of activated carbon. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust gas contg. solvents such as ketones (e.g.; MEK) is supplied 14 to an adsorption tank 10, and after it is adsorbed off of the solvents by activated carbon 12, it is exhausted 16. In this case, a CO detector or CO2 detector is connected to a desorbed gas exhaust pipe 16, and the change in the concn. of CO or CO2 in the exhaust gas is continuously measured. If it detects the point where the concn. of, for example, CO, changes sharply, that is, the state likely to cause partial ignition, it emits a detection alarm. This detection signal is used for the operation of an alarm device or for the operation of a submerging device 46. As a result, the accuracy of detecting the occurrence of partial ignition is improved and the outbreak of disasters is prevented; moreover, the operating efficiency of the recovery apparatus is improved.</p>
