The guide (29) of the male sleeve (25) is constituted by two tubes which are interfitted in a telescopic manner, i.e. a guide tube per se (34) abutted against the internal shoulder (27) delimiting towards the front the expansion chamber (38) and a barrel (33) which slides with gentle friction on the guide tube (34) and the base of which exhibits a central opening (24) intended for the passage of the end of the fibre section (43) of the female sleeve (26) and a resilient tubular fitting (36) is disposed between the front face (34a) of the guide tube (34) and the annular base of the barrel (33).
