PURPOSE:To obtain small sized and low cost device, by operating a reel stand high speed drive mechanism, capstans, subchassis drive mechanism and reel stand low speed drive mechanism with one direct drive motor. CONSTITUTION:A subchassis 7 is provided, which contacts or detaches the magnetic head 8 to magnetic tape at forward or reverse slide position and the pinch roller 3C to the capstan 5C. Further, the magnetic head 8 provided with the subchassis 7, subchassis drive mechanism sliding forward or reverse the subchassis 7, and reel stand low speed drive mechanism rotating the reel stand in low speed, are provided. One direct drive motor 5 drives the reel stand high speed drive mechanism, capstan 5c, subchassis drive mechanism, and reel stand low speed drive mechanism. |
