PURPOSE:To obtain a zigzag multihead of high density by disposing two sheets of multihead substrates zigzag and adhering and fixing the same by means of an adhesive material. CONSTITUTION:Dots 1 are photoetched at, for example, 8 dots/mm. to multihead substrates 2. Next, the surfaces are coated with a polycarbonate resin, and two sheets of these are opposed and disposed zigzag. Further, the inter-dot spacings are adjusted through microscopic observation, after which an adhesive is flowed between two sheets of these head substrates and the adhesive is allowed to set. With the above- mentioned constitution, the multiheads of high reliability for voltage application and high density are obtained. |
