PURPOSE:To eliminate from a hall voltage the effect of resistance change attributed to a magnetic resistance effect at time of the application of a magnetic field peculiar to a hall element by providing a variable part of the hall element caused by a magnetic resistance effect to the drive voltage of the hall element. CONSTITUTION:In case there is no feedback of a feedback control signal voltage from a contact point 7 between hall elements 1, 2, an output voltage from an arithmetic amplifier 5 because a constant voltage and then is applied to a hall element 1, 2 series circuit. However, if a feedback control signal voltage from the contact point 7 is fed back to an input terminal 8 on the amplifier 5, a voltage having a variable part caused by the magnetic resistance effect of a hall element is generated on an output terminal 6, and is applied to the both ends of the hall element series connection circuit. That is, a voltage by which the magnetic resistance effect is corrected is applied. |
