PURPOSE:To rapidly and efficiently search required drawings by so constituting the apparatus as to store the contents of plural drawings together with the pages of respectively associated drawings, assign the pages of the required drawings and search the stored contents. CONSTITUTION:The contents (image part C) of various, plural drawings (image information A) added with pages, for industrial plants, etc. are stored together with the pages (image index part B) of the other drawings associated to said drawings into a hologram memory 1 which is connected to a control device 4. The function of permitting searching of the pages stored in the memory 1 corresponding to the pages assigned by a priority decision device 2 or page assigning device 3 is provided to this device 4, and the searched pages are stored in a storage part 5. The contents of the drawings assigned by the decision device 2 or the device 3 are displayed in a display device 6 by the device 4, and further, displaying of the associated drawings by the pages stored in the storage part 5 is made possible when the operator wishes to see the drawings associated to said drawings and operates a stepping push-button switch 7. |
