The arrangement is intended for a combustion engine (1) with spark ignition running on a homogenous fuel gas (e.g. alcohol vapour) mixt. and comprising a gas metering unit (10) and a pedal-operated (7) throttle (6) in the air intake (3). The exhaust (4) recirculation line (5) connects to the intake downstream of the throttle and contains a second throttle (8) coupled (9) to the first (6). The coupling is such that, when the throttle (6) is nearly closed, the throttle (8) is fully open, and when the throttle (6) is fully open, the throttle (8) is half-way closed. The coupling contains a spring (9) which permits the pedal to further close the throttle (8) whilst the throttle (6) is open. |
