<p>New pharmacologically active octahydro-indolo2,3-a!?ui-nolisine derivative of the formula: wherein Q in hydrogen or an A-CH2-CH2- group and A is cyano or -COOR, wherein R is C1-6 alkyl, are prepared by reacting 2,3,4,6,7,12-hexahydro-indolo2,3-a!quinolizine with a compound of the formula CH2=CH-A, wherein A has the same meaning as above, and reducing the obtained hexahydro-indolo2,3-a! quinolizine derivative of the formula wherein A and Q have the same meaning as above.</p> |
