PURPOSE:To form the circuit-constant generating means having the arbitrary time constant by controlling the firing by an operating circuit wherein the instantaneous value of an AC input power source and a DC voltage are calculted and a switching time is determined. CONSTITUTION:The AC input side of a power converting switching block 11 is connected to an AC power source via a high frequency rejecting filter, and a capacitor is connected to the DC output thereof. A firing control block 12 is constituted by a current detecting circuit 23 which detects the AC input current, a voltage detecting circuit 23 which detects the AC input current, a voltage detecting circuit 21 which detects the DC voltage, and operation circuits 24 wherein the instantaneous value of the AC input current and the value of the DC voltage are calculated and the switching time is determined. In this constitution of firing control, the power converting switching circuit is switched at a high frequency, and the circuit constant generating means having the arbitrary circuit constant generating means having the arbitrary circuit constant can be formed. |
