PURPOSE:To eliminate both complicacy and uselessness to use a signal transmission/ reception circuit, by connecting a line test trunk with a circuit interface. CONSTITUTION:An exchange receives a selection signal from the terminal A for a request of test and thus calls the test trunk 21. After confirmation of an answer given from the test trunk 21, the type of test is informed to the trunk 21 by using a signal transmission/reception circuit. Receiving this signal, the trunk 21 sends the connection end signal back to the exchange. Thus the exchange releases the signal transmission/reception circuit and then the channel 14 is connected between the trunk 21 and the terminal A. Then the trunk 21 transmits concecutively the distortion load data to the terminal, thus realizing a test of R52 that is regulated by the CCITT. |
