PURPOSE:To realize a transmission matched to the capacity of a switchboard, by giving a re-calling with a reduced transmission information quantity to be designated even in case a reception unable signal is returned. CONSTITUTION:The reception unable detection signal of the reception unable detection circuit 2 is supplied to the signal transmission speed alteration circuit 3. While the reception unable detection signal supplied from the terminal 9 is branched into two signals. One of these two signals changes the oscillation frequency of the oscillator 8 to deliver an altered timing signal to the terminal 6, and the other signal is supplied to the address of the memory 7. The memory 7 delivers a new digital word to the terminal 10 through an alteration of address designation. This digital word is supplied to the calling device 4 and then inserted into the speed designation part of the call signal. Thus the cell signal is delivered to the terminal 5. |
