PURPOSE:To increase mechanical strength and heat radiating area by bending sheet- shaped thin steel plate in corrugated form to provide a fin-shaped overhang and using plural panel-shaped corrugated heat radiating plates with overhangs arranged opposed to each other to form a tank side chamber. CONSTITUTION:A sheet-shaped thin steel plate 11 is bent in a corrugated form and two groups 12, 13 of overhangs with plural fin-shaped overhangs 11a continuously formed at a fixed interval, are constituted to provide a reinforcing piece 16. In the meantime, a flat plate-shaped part 14 of dimensions A is provided between the overhangs 12, 13 and at the same time, a flat-shaped part 15 of dimensions B is provided at the both sides. Then the part 14 is bent in such manner that the overhangs 12, 13 are mutually opposed. In addition, the parts 15 at the both sides are bent to form a flange part 15a to be deposited. The flange parts 15a of plural panel-shaped corrugated heat radiating plates 10a fabricated in the above manner, are deposited to form tank side chamber. Thus it is possible to increase the mechanical strength and heat radiating area of a tank so that it is miniaturized and its cost is reduced. |
