PURPOSE:To regulate both the originating and incoming calls of a telephone and ensure a safe operation when a travelling object is under a high speed, by connecting the speed meter of the travelling object and the telephone circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a travelling object is moving, the analog signal of the speed meter 9 is applied to the AND circuit 8 via the A/D converter 10 along with the operation mode signal sent from the operation display part 11 and the signal from the speed setting switch 7. The circuit 8 performs a regulation and cancelling of the originating and incoming calls via the control circuit 6 in accordance with the speed of the travelling object.
