PURPOSE:To improve qualitative stability and molding property by preheating hard ferrite powder of magnetoplumbite-type crystal structure and thermoplastic resin and forming them with a magnetic field applied. CONSTITUTION:Either or both of thermoplastic resin and hard ferrite of magnetoplumbite-type crystal structure are preheated at temperatures having a thermal accumulation rate eta of over >=0.3. After this process, both materials are kneaded and applied with a magnetic field when molded by means of an extrusion molding machine or an injection molding machine. Thus sintering inside a high-temperature furnace is not necessary unlike a sintered magnet. Besides it is possible to improve dimensional precision and fabricate even a complicated from with better molding property. |
