PURPOSE:To enable quantity reduction with high precision even for materials having different specific gravity by separating the materials to be sampled which are to be used as samples, while weighing directly the materials to be sampled. CONSTITUTION:The parent group A of a sample is put on the feeder 1 with a weighing device and the whole weight thereof is measured. Next, a switching shoot 2 being shifted to the side of a discharge shoot 3, the feeder 1 with the weighing device is operated while the weight of the parent group A of the sample on the feeder 1 being measured, and when the weight of the parent group A on the feeder 1 is reduced by a degree corresponding to the weight of a part of the parent group to be discharged at the front and tail ends 8 and 9 of the feeder 1, the feeder 1 is stopped. Then, the switching shoot 2 being shifted to the side of a sample collecting shoot 4, the feeder 1 is started to operate again, and when the weight of the parent group to be used as the sample is reduced, the feeder with the weighing device is stopped. After that, this operation is repeated by the times set beforehand for collection. |
