PURPOSE:To enable proper adjustment of activity with ease by making developing solvent flow into the alumina column directly or through dehydration column. CONSTITUTION:The solvent in a tank 1 is injected into the alumina column 3 by a pump 2. In this case, between the pump 2 and the alumina column 3 is provided a selecting circuit 5, and by the operation of the selecting circuit 5, the flow channel of the solvent is divided into a channel A joined directly to the alumina column 3 through a line 7, the selecting circuit 5 and a line 10 and into a channel B joined to the column 3 through the line 7, the selecting circuit 5, a line 8, the dehydration column 4 and lines 9 and 10. When the activity of the alumina column is high, the developing solvent is made to flow into the alumina column 3 through the channel A, and when the activity of the alumina column is low, the solvent is made to flow into the column 3 through the channel B. The activity of the alumina column is discriminated according to a chart recorded in a recorder 14. |
