PURPOSE: To make it possible to instantaneously confirm recorded performance without executing reproducing operation after recording the performance by automatically turning the mode of the automatic playing device to a reproducing mode after the end of recording of the performance in the recording mode. CONSTITUTION: When performance is to be reproduced after ending its recording, switching operation for setting up the device to a reproducing mode is normally required. When a start/stop switch (S/S switch) 40 is depressed instead of the switching operation after ending the recording of performance executed by the recording mode of the device, recording mode sequencer is automatically switched to a playing state. Thereby the device is automatically turned to the reproducing mode simultaneously with the end of recording of the performance and the performance can be instantaneously confirmed. Even when plural playing parts exist, these playing parts are simultaneously turned to the reproducing mode and their performance can be listened. |
