PURPOSE:To prepare tasty konnyaku (a paste made from the starch of the devil's- tongue) continuously by a simple device, by adding a raw material for konnyaku to a cylindrical bath wherein a rotating blade member is equipped and the raw material is circulated, followed by feeding a necessary amount of a coagulating agent. CONSTITUTION:The change valve 14 set at the horizontal part of the pope 13 is worked so that the communication from the pipe 13 to a constant-volume filling machine is made in intercepted state, and in this state a given amount of water is fed to the bath 1, the rotating shaft 2 and the pump 12 are rotated at low speed, water in the bath 1 stirred by the frame-type wing 6 and the screw wing 7, and circulated through the pipe 13. A raw material for konnyaku in an amount corresponding to 1/35-1/37 water in the bath 1 is added to water, stirred, swelled and melted. After 15-30min, the number of rotation of the rotating shaft 2 is increased, line water is added the raw material and blended. The raw material is then fed from the nozzle pipe 22 to the container 24, and coagulated by heating by any boiling device, to give konnyaku. |
