PURPOSE:To eliminate the operation to peel a piece of wood from a boiled fish paste in cooking, by extruding a raw material for the boiled fish paste through an extrusion molding machine onto a conveyor having adhesion resistance continuously, heat-treating the paste, and cutting the processed paste. CONSTITUTION:A raw material 6 for a boiled fish paste is introduced into a hopper 12, extruded through a nozzle 13 continuously by an extruding mechanism 11, and placed on a transfer belt 21 of a conveyor 2 which is transferred at the same speed as the extrusion speed continuously. The conveyor 2 carrying the raw material for the boiled fish paste is transferred to a heating apparatus 3 to heat-treat the paste, and then transferred to a cutting apparatus 4 via a peeling plate 7. The resultant heat-treated paste is simply peeled from the transfer belt 21 due to an adhesion- resistant film 22, and a flat part is formed on the bottom surface of the paste. The resultant paste is then cooled by a cooling apparatus 41 during the passage through the cutting apparatus 4 and cut by a cutter 42. |
