<p>PURPOSE:To generate different outputs in response to the strength of the outer pressure by enclosing a combination of a plurality of pistons in a cylinder, and supplying a fluid such as air and the like through a valve body which can be switched in response to the outer pressure. CONSTITUTION:When air is supplied to passages 19 and 24 from a 4-way port valve 25, a piston 12 doen not move because a valve body 21 closes the part between the passage 19 and a chamber B under the condition shown in the Figure. While the air supplied to the passage 24 enters into a chamber A and moves a piston 16 to the left. At this time, since the valve body 6 is opened due to the pressure difference between chambers D and E, the oil in the chamber D flows into the chamber E, and a rod 2 with a piston moves to the left with a small output. When the external force becomes large, the oil hydraulics in the chambers E and D rises. When the pressure in the chamber D exceeds a specified pressure, the valve body 21 moves up, the air enters into the chamber B, and the piston 12 moves to the left. Then, the valve body 6 is closed, the rod 2 with the piston moves to the left with the large output.</p> |
