PURPOSE:To feed a predetermined amount of viscous fluid in an intermittent manner promptly in a short while, by controlling communication between a grease supply port and a grease outlet port established via a connecting passage by the vertical movement of a piston valve. CONSTITUTION:Grease supplied from a supply port 8 is filled into an external connecting passage 7. In this state, a piston 12 is moved downward by feeding air from an air supply port 14 after moving a piston valve 10 upward by feeding air from an air supply port 3, for pressure feeding of a predetermined amount of grease from an outlet port 9 to a portion 17 to be applied with grease depending on the stroke of the downward movement of the piston 12. Then, the pistons 10, 12 are moved back to their original positions by feeding air from the air supply ports 4, 13, thus completing one full cycle of operation of the apparatus. |
