PURPOSE:To facilitate the positioning of a plunger and a mold die by making a plunger head freely removable from a plunger rod while the mounting position thereof for the plunger rod is made adjustable. CONSTITUTION:The positioning of a plunger 15 with an upper mold die 6 is started when the lower end of a plunger rod 3 is placed into a pot 7 after the rod 3 once off a plunger head 5 is fixed at the end of a rod 1 set untunable. Then, the body 9 of the plunger head 3 is put into the pot 7 from below and mounted at the lower end of the rod 3 with a fixing screw 4. Here, the body 9 is made to move radially. Under such a condition, the arrangement shall be made to be even between the outer wall surface of the body 9 and the inner wall surface of the part 7, and the body 9 is fixed to the rod 3 by tightening a fixing screw 4. Finally, a cap 10 is screwed down into the body 9. |
