Title compds. (I; R = R2R3-C=N-, AC=N-; R2 = alkylthio, alkyl, alkoxy, etc.; R3 = H, alkyl, alkylthio, cyano; A = secondary aliph. chain; R1 = C1-4 alkyl), which showed strong insecticidal activity, were prepd. by the reaction of II and III. Thus, 2.02 g triethylamine was added in 100 ml toluene soln. contg. 3.24 g 1-methylthio-N,N-dimethylcarbamoylformaldoxime and 2.0 g bis-(N-methyl-N-fluorocarbonyl)aminosulfide, and reacted for 20 hr to give 2.1 g N,N' -bis- 1-methylthio-1-(N",N"-dimethylcarbamoyl) formaldehyde-o-(N-methylcarbamoyl)oxyimino sulfide.
