PURPOSE:To detect concn. precisely and accurately by removing air bubbles in such a manner that the air bubbles that are the factor to lower the accuracy of detection do not flow into ultrasonic wave flow passages. CONSTITUTION:The respective upper parts of a wave transmitter 3 and a receiver 4 are connected with the rising flow passages 6, 6 continuous to the flow passages around these devices 3, 4, so that the air bubbles produced around the devices 3, 4 along with transmitting and receiving of ultrasonic waves are removed into the flow passages 6, 6, to prevent the air bubbles that give adverse influence upon the concn. detection by ultrasonic waves from entering an ultrasonic wave flow passage A. 7 is a magnet valve which is used to release the gas accumulated in the upper part of the rising flow passage 6 into the atmosphere. |
