The curtain cover is used to close conditioned containers (10) for foodstuffs, such as refrigerated counters. Said cover comprises a flexible screen (11) formed by spontaneous folding in a roll and whose terminal edges are fitted with semirigid battens (13, 14), a first batten (13) which is designed to fix the cover permanently to one side of the access opening of the container (10), and a second batten (14) designed to fix the cover removably to the other side of the opening. <IMAGE>
