<p>The screen (7) is made up of many layers of material to give resistance to the impact of firearms and it is held in box (1) fixed to the upper surface of the existing counter position (2). Lateral guides (5) have slots (19) to take a screen edge wire, the guides also housing motor driven wires that lift the screen to the top beam (6). The screen is folded around spring loaded bars (12,13) that are forced inwards when the screen lifts and passes through fixed rollers (18), but when the motor is switched off, the bars move outwards folding the screen back into the box.</p> |
