The trolley has a tubular frame (A), this comprising a lower chassis (1) fitted with castors (2) and carrying a single wire rail (4). An upper chassis (6) is also provided, having parallel bars (7) across it. A removable medicine chest (B) fits onto the frame, comprising several side-opening drawers (10) inside a surrounding wire frame (20). This chest is transported to the required area and the drawers can be locked by a drop-down flap (17) at each side. These flaps are stored flat on top (14) of the chest when not in use.
