The package comprises a gas tight cover allowing a long preservation. At a given time, the gas tight cover may be removed without causing any damage to the hygienic protection. The package is arranged so that a label (13), provided on the upper portion of the package, remains untouched after tearing away an upper layer (7) forming the cover.
