PURPOSE:To easily watch the state of a medium by a process wherein when a transformer and such being heated while in motion is cooled utilizing liquids of fron- system, the lower part of a cooler is provided with a pipe, in which liquefied refrigerant flows, further a flow indicator indicating the flow of the fluid-phase refrigerant is prepared on the route or at the entrance of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A transformer consisting of an iron core 2 and a wiring 3 is accomodated inside of a box, the refrigerant is vaporized by an atomizer and sprayed to cool the transformer. The box 1 is furnished with a cooler 7 to condense said vaporized refrigerant into fluid and further the lower part of the cooler 7 is provided with a pipe, in which the liquefied refrigerant flows. Further, at the entrance or en route of the pipe 9 a flow indicator 11 indicating the flow of the fluid- phase refrigerant is arranged. Said flow indicator 11 is furnished with a spherical float a little hevier than the specific gravity of the refrigerant to enable the state of condensation of vapor and fluid to be watched by a float, securing the full maintenance and inspection of the apparatus for improving the reliability in operation. |
